早島町から、桜の名所「早島公園」の入口を整備してほしいとのご依頼を頂きました。「桜の咲く季節には沢山の人が来るので写真を撮るスポットになれば」とのご要望も頂きました。

After
早島公園は小高い山の上に位置しています。そのため、自然な風合いを出したく思い、石積みには「乱れ積み」を採用しました。「乱れ積み」とは大小の石を自然な感じに積んだ石積み手法です。
石は、公園の風景に合うよう、錆色と白色の混ざった石「万成石」を使用しました。
また、桜の名所ということで、廃瓦を使用しサクラのモニュメントを遊び心で作らせて頂きました。
